巴基斯坦塔贝拉四期扩建工程中叠梁门吊装,采用在宽阔库区水面上将叠梁门从运吊装一体化平台,吊入百米级深水库底闸槽的安装方案。叠梁门运吊装一体化平台的测量定位是保证整个吊装过程顺利进行的前提。在比较多种测量方案的技术经济指标的基础上,采用GPS-RTK与全站仪联合作业的实时动态测量定位方法,亚厘米级误差基本满足叠梁门吊装对位精度的要求。实践证明,该方法技术难度低、精度高,是在宽阔水库上进行深水吊装作业的切实可行测量定位方法,可为库区水上和水下吊装定位提供借鉴。
Stoplog gate installation in deep reservoir of Tarbela 4th extension hydropower project in Pakistan, the scheme of lifting the stoplog gates is used from the integrated platform for transportation and lifting on the surface of a wide reservoir into the gate slot at the bottom of the reservoir in more than 100 meters deep. The surveying positioning of the integrated platform for stoplog gates transportation and lifting is the precondition to ensure that the whole lifting process is carried out smoothly. Based on the comparison of various technical and economic indicators, the combined operation of GPS-RTK and Electronic total station is adopted as a real- time dynamic surveying positioning method and its error is just sub-centimeter which basically meets the precision requirements of lifting stoplog gates. The practice proves that with low difficulty and high accuracy, this method of surveying positioning is feasible for the deepwater lifting operation in the wide reservoir. It can provide a reference for the installation positioning on or under water in reservoir areas.
