从耗散结构理论视角，分析了敏捷供应链知识服务网络的分形特征和演化条件，定义了知识服务能力熵，在此基础上，构建了知识主体的知识服务能力演化方向判别模型。算例采用敏捷供应链知识服务网络二元知识交互系统动力学仿真数据进行分析，熵值计算结果表明，根据所构建的演化方向判别模型可以找到知识服务能力的薄弱环节，并给出相应的影响因素控制策略，从而使其演化向良性发展。
英文摘要：
Based on the dissipative structure theory, we analyze the fractal characteristics and evolutionary conditions of knowledge service network in an agile supply chain. We define knowledge service entropy and then, construct the evolution direction distinguishing model of knowledge agent~ s knowledge service capability in knowledge service network in an agile supply chain. Using system dynamics simulation data of binary knowledge interaction in knowledge service network as an example, we show that the weak item of knowledge service capability can be identified through the model, and the control strategies of corresponding influence factors can be formed to lead to the benign evolution.
