综合运用多种现代色谱学分离方法对毛叶鹰爪花中的化学成分进行了研究,从其枝叶的乙醇提取物中分离得到了3个裂环多氧取代环己烯类化合物,采用多种现代波谱技术确定了这些化合物的化学结构,分别鉴定为artapilosol A(1),microcarpin A(2)和uvarisubol B(3).其中化合物1为一个新化合物,化合物2和3为首次从鹰爪花属植物中分离得到的化合物.化合物1-3的体外细胞毒活性筛选结果表明它们对5种肿瘤细胞株(HL-60,A549,SMMC-7721,MCF-7和SW480)均显示出了较强的体外生长抑制活性,它们的细胞毒活性与抗肿瘤阳性对照药顺铂相当.
A new polyoxygenated seco-cyclohexene derivative, artapilosol A(1), together with two known polyoxygenated seco-cyclohexene derivatives, microcarpin A(2) and uvarisubol B(3), was isolated from the stems and leaves of Artabotrys pilosus. Their structures were established on the basis of extensive spectral data. This is the first report that polyoxygenated seco-cyclohexene derivatives were isolated from the genus Artabotrys. Cytotoxicities of compounds 1-3 were tested against five cancer cell lines(HL-60, A549, SMMC-7721, MCF-7 and SW480). Results showed that compounds 1-3 exhibited significant inhibitory effects with IC50 values comparable to those of cisplatin.
