以接枝到聚丁二烯链的马来酸酐为反应活性点,与端羟基聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯进行酯化反应,合成了大分子表面改性剂-聚丁二烯/聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯接枝共聚物。探索了接枝反应的规律,采用IR、^1H NMR、TGA、ATR-FTIR等方法研究了接枝共聚物的结构和性能。结果表明:该大分子改性剂具有良好的热稳定性和择优外迁特性,在共混物表面层中呈现明显的浓度梯度,是PP的优良共混添加型大分子表面改性剂。
A novel macromolecule surface modifier, polybutadiene grafted poly (butyl methylacrylate) was synthesized by esterification of maleated polybutadiene with monohydroxyl-terminated poly (butyl methylacrylate).The effects of reaction conditions were investigated. The graft copolymers were characterized by chemical titration, IR, ^1H NMR, and TGA. The copolymers were used to blend with polypropylene to modify the surface hydrophilicity of the products. The results of TGA and ATR-FTIR indicated that PB-g-PBMA diffused preferably towards the surface of the blends and was suitable as an effective macromolecular surface modifier for PP.
