考察了5%H_2/Ar还原再生丙烷催化还原NO_x中硫中毒Cu-Ir/H-ZSM-5催化剂的工艺参数影响,采用N_2吸附、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱和氢气程序升温还原等手段研究了催化剂再生行为的构效关系.结果表明,硫中毒Cu-Ir/H-ZSM-5催化剂由于CuSO_4的生成导致催化剂活性位损失,比表面积、微孔面积和孔体积的减小.H_2还原再生的最佳工艺参数为再生温度500℃和再生气体用量42.8L/g催化剂,再生催化剂的活性可恢复到新鲜催化剂的95%.在最佳再生条件(500℃和42.857L/g_(催化剂))下,再生催化剂表面CuSO_4含量最低(0.4%),且再生催化剂的比表面积、微孔面积和孔体积较失活催化剂有较大提高.
Effect of regeneration parameters of H_2 reduction on sulfur poisoning Cu-Ir/H-ZSM-5catalyst for catalytic reduction of NO_x with propane(C_3H_8-SCR) was investigated.The regeneration behavior was carried out by N_2 adsorption,X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS) and hydrogen temperature-programmed reduction(H_2-TPR).Deactivation of Cu-Ir/H-ZSM-5was caused by the formation of CuSO_4,resulting in the loss of the active sites,decrease of the surface area,microspore area and pore volume of catalyst.The temperature of 500℃ and regeneration gas consumption of 42.8L/g_(catalyst) were the best regeneration condition for H_2 reduction,because of the lowest content(0.4%) of CuSO_4 on Cu-Ir/H-ZSM-5catalyst.The activity of Cu-Ir/H-ZSM-5catalyst regenerated could be returned to 95% of the fresh catalyst.The increase of the surface area,microspore area,and pore volume of catalyst was obtained by H_2 reduction.
