For today＇s Chinese cities thousands of city side and residential area without cultural characteristics of the phenomenon,the use of field research methods,analysis and synthesis method and other methods to Xi＇an Wise village residential area as the main object,from four aspects of the area culture in the construction of residential areas in the suitability of the application role.It has important significance to enhance the quality of urban and residential areas,promote the development of cultural characteristics of the city.
