对二维悬臂梁结构进行初始数值分析,确定贴片布置方式.根据力传感器的设计要求,如贴片区域的应力集中、刚度和重量等,基于常用的SIMP拓扑优化方法,建立拓扑优化模型.结合敏度过滤、密度过滤方法和优化模型参数的连续化方法,使优化的结构收敛到一个细结构较少的拓扑构形.采用MMA优化算法对优化模型进行求解,实现对悬臂梁式测力传感器结构的拓扑优化设计.最终优化结果显示,经拓扑优化得到一个应变在贴片区域集中的优化结构,并达到四个贴片区域的应变量一致.
The layout and positions of strain gauge array is predetermined based on the design domain of a two-dimensional cantilever beam. An optimization method is established using the SIMP topology optimization method and based on the design necessary of force sensor, such as the concentration of strain in the patch area, the stiffness and the weight of the cantilever beam, etc. Combined with the sensitivity filtering, design variable filtering and the method of continuous optimal parameters, topology optimization is implemented in order to avoid the tiny structure of the optimized stress sensor. Numerical example demonstrates that the structure obtained has a strain concentration in each patch area and coincident strain capacity in four patch areas.
