在分析苏里格气田地面集输运行状况的基础上,利用Tgnet软件,建立了气田骨架管网模型,对气量增加后骨架管网干线的压降进行了模拟,并提出了相应的改造措施。模拟结果表明,当气量增加30%和50%时,南干线、南干线复线、西干线B段、西干线复线及北二干线B段压降较大,通过在北二干线、南干线和西干线复线两端各增加1条管线对现有骨架管网进行了改造优化,优化后的骨架管网压降大幅降低。
Abstract : On the basis of analyzing the operation condition of the ground delivering system, the frame model of the gasfield pipeline network was established using the Tgnet software. The pressure drop of the frame trunk line after gas volume increase was simulated and the corresponding improvement measure was formulated. The simulation shows that when the gas transmission rate increases by 30% and 50% , the pressure drop is remarkable in south trunk line, south trunk's double track, west trunk's B section, west trunk's double track and north No. 2 trunk's B section. Pipelines are added respectively each in north No. 2 trunk line, south trunk line and west trunk's double track in order to improve and optimize the present frame pipe network. The pressure drop of the frame pipeline network decreases remarkably after optimization. Key words : Sulige Gasfield ; frame pipeline network ; simulation ; optimization
