由于具有不同的资源禀赋、组织经验和市场地位,初创企业与成熟企业往往采取不同的组织方式开发机会。本文从创业过程在研发、生产和销售三个环节分析技术创业的组织方式,比较技术型初创企业和成熟企业在三个环节所采取的组织方式的差异。通过对11家初创型技术企业深度访谈材料和6家上市公司年报材料的内容分析,发现初创型企业的技术创业更偏向于一体化和非股权联盟的组织方式,而成熟企业的技术创业更偏向于公司风险投资、少量持股联盟的组织方式。文章还分析了导致这种差异的原因。
The start -up firms and established firms might use different ways to exploit entrepreneurial opportunity due to their discrepancy of resource endowment, organizational experience, and market position. The organizational form of Technological Entrepreneurship (TE) is analyzed from the perspective of entrepreneurship process, and what forms exploited by technology -based enterprises to organize R&D, production, and marketing are also analyzed. Using the content analysis technology, the content analysis on the materials of 11 start - up firms and six established firms is conducted. The results show that while start - up finns prefer to integration and non -equity alliances, estabalished firms prefer to CVC investments, minority holdings, and joint vantures. The reasons for these discrepancies are revealed.
