对于速度200km/h的C0-C0轴式高速机车,轴箱轴承轴向自由间隙对机车高速运行时横向动力学性能的影响较大。本文采用SIMPACK动力学软件,建立了牵引电机架悬的C0-C0轴式高速机车计算模型,就轴箱轴承轴向自由间隙对机车运行稳定性、横向动力学性能和曲线通过性能的影响进行了较为深入的研究。研究表明,合理设置轴箱的端轴和中间轴轴承的轴向自由间隙,可以提高机车稳定性、改善机车直线以及曲线运行品质。较大的中间轴轴向自由间隙和较小的端轴轴向自由间隙对提高机车运行稳定性有利。对于速度200km/h的C0-C0轴式高速机车。端轴和中间轴的轴向间隙分别取0.5~1mm和5~8mm较为合适。
Free axial clearances of axle box bearings obviously affect the dynamics transverse performance of the C0-C0 locomotive running at high speeds such as at 200 Km/h. A dynamics computing model of the C0-C0 highspeed locomotive is established with the SIMPACK dynamics software adopted and motor suspended above the bogie frame. The influence of free axial clearances of axle box bearings on the locomotive riding stability and transverse dynamics and curve negotiating performance are studied deeply. The analysis indicates that suitably set-up free axial clearances of intermediate and end axles may help to improve the locomotive's riding stability and running quality along curves and straight lines. It is in favour of the locomotive's riding stability when the free axial clearances of intermediate axles are comparatively large and those of end axles are comparatively small. For the 200 Km/h C0-C0 high-speed locomotive, the axial clearances of end axles should be chosen as 0. 5-1 mm and those of intermediate axles as 5-8 mm.
