本文编制了中国2004年能源投入产出延长表,将投入产出技术与分式规划方法结合建立能源投入产出分式规划模型,并基于04年能源延长表使用该模型对通过产业结构调整来降低单位GDP能耗的效应进行了实际测算分析,得出相应的产业结构调整方案,并通过使用产业关联效应分析方法分析产业结构调整的实现方式,为国家进行产业结构调整来降低单位GDP能耗提供一定的参考。
英文摘要：
In this paper,the additional energy input-output table of China in 2004 was compiled,the model for energy input-output by using fractional programming was established which was an innovation to combine input-output technology and fractional programming.Finally,this model was used to calculate and analyze the effect of reducing energy consuming per unit of GDP by adjusting industry structure,which based on the additional energy input-output table of China in 2004,present a relevant industry structure adjustment scheme,and gain all trades＇ essentiality developing trend by using industry association effect analysis,which validates the result got from the model,and all of this is significant to reduce energy consuming per GDP through industry structure adjustment by the government.
