用络合法将Nb2O5转化成可溶性的铌盐来代替价格昂贵的乙醇铌作为铌源,采用溶胶-凝胶法,合成了纳米(Li0.06Na0.47K0.47)NbO3超细粉体.通过XRD、Raman和TEM等技术手段对(Li0.06Na0.47K0.47)NbO3纳米粉体的相结构和微观形貌进行了表征.结果表明,干凝胶在500℃煅烧5 h可制得平均晶粒尺寸为20 nm,纯四方相结构的(Li0.06Na0.47K0.47)NbO3纳米粉体,该合成温度比传统固相法降低了350℃以上.
