为实现健康老龄化的战略目标,文章总结了其他国家和地区老年医疗服务理念的变化,包括关注点从疾病到健康,从笼统的老年阶段到分年龄别精细管理、从患者自身到社会和家庭支撑,从老年人群到全人群,并介绍了三种典型的老年医疗服务提供方式。结合我国现况,提出了有助于完善我国医疗服务理念、改善医疗服务方式的建议。
英文摘要：
To promote the healthy aging strategy, this article summaries the changes of elderly health care concept in other countries and regions, including their concerns from disease to health, from general old to specific age groups, from patients themselves to the social and family support, from the elderly to all social crowd. It also introduces three typical ways to provide health service for the elderly. According to the current situation in China, it puts forward useful suggestions to improve both the health care concept and the ways to provide health service.
