提出了一种新的六面体网格自动划分和再划分算法“表层网格法”。首先根据所需划分模型进行模型的识别,采用栅格法生成核心网格。然后进行核心网格与模型边界拟合,为克服由于边界拟合造成的表面网格质量下降,采用包络表面网格的方法生成零厚度表层网格。通过表面网格和内部网格节点平滑处理技术,最终将模型划分为具有较高质量的完全六面体网格。最后通过网格划分和再划分实例表明:该算法具有原理简单、算法可靠、编程方便且划分网格质量高等特点,是分析材料塑性成形等问题比较理想的六面体网格划分算法。
A new algorithm of hexahedral mesh automatic generation and regeneration, surface layer method, is presented, which includes identification of CAD or remeshing model, generation of core mesh, boundary mesh fitting, surface element layer (SEL) generation and mesh smoothing technology. The research results clearly indicate that the algorithms proposed in this study is simple in principle, robustness in programming and can generate high-quality hexahedral mesh. It is an ideal automatic generation and regeneration algorithm of hexahedral mesh for the finite element simulation of three-dimensional material forming processes.
