采用相对湿润度指数和暴雨标准评价了重庆市1955-2013年共59年间的气象干旱与暴雨状况,并与历史文献记录的旱涝灾害数据进行了比对。结果发现,气象干旱发生最多的为冬旱,而历史干旱数据则显示伏旱次数最多。剔除跨季干旱的影响,气象干旱中历史记录正确率为32.1%。提高气象数据的时空准确性提供可以更好地为梁平县农业生产提供防灾减灾的服务。
The meteorological drought and rainstorm conditions of Liangping County in Chongqing during 1955-2013 were evaluated, by using relative humid- ity indexes and storm standard, and com- pared to historical records of drought and flood and disaster data .The results showed that the most of meteorological drought were winter droughts, while the historical drought data showed that the most of droughts were summer drought. Excluding the effects of inter-season drought, the correct rate of historical drought in meteorological drought was 32.1%. Improving the accuracy of time and space of weather data could provide better services for disaster prevention and mitigation in agricultural production of Liangping County.
