风力发电和光伏发电具有间歇性和随机性的特点,风力/光伏发电系统和储能系统联合应用,不仅能有效减小风光发电对电力系统的影响,还能降低电力系统的备用容量,提高电力系统接纳风光发电的能力.而且,储能系统能够提高风光发电出力与预测的一致性,保障电源电力供应的可信度.介绍了应用于电池储能系统的监控平台,该平台基于VxWorks嵌入式实时操作系统,并已经在张北国家风光储输示范工程中得到成功应用.
Wind and photovoltaic (PV) power generation have the characteristics of intermittence and randomness.The hybrid application of wind/PV power generation and energy storage systems can not only effectively reduce the impact of wind and PV power generation on power system,but also reduce the reserve capacity of power system,improving the ability of power system accepting the wind and PV power generation.Moreover,energy storage system can improve the consistency between actual and predicted wind and PV generation power outputs,ensuring the credibility of power supply.A monitoring and control platform used for battery energy storage systems was discussed.The platform was based on VxWorks embedded real-time operating system,and it has been successfully applied in the national wind/PV/storage/transmission demonstration project.
