XU Zhengchuan, received his Ph.D. degree from Fudan University, China in 2003. He is an Associate Professor of the Department of Information Management and Information Systems, School of Management, Fudan University. He has studied as a Post Doctor fellow at McMaster University, Canada. He has published over 50 research papers in refereed journals and academic conferences. His research interests include security, mobile commerce and delinquency behaviour research, etc. Email： zcxu@fudan.edu.cn PAN Yu, received his Ph.D. degree in Management Science at the Institute of Business Administration of University of Rennes 1 in France in 2009. He is now a Professor of Marketing at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China. He is an expert in marketing science, consumer behaviours, and service science, especially in the telecommunications sector.
