以酿酒酵母为研究材料,分析Bdflp转录因子BD2和ET结构域双缺失对盐胁迫诱导细胞凋亡的影响。研究结果表明,盐胁迫条件下,与野生型酵母菌株相比,Bdflp转录因子BD2和ET结构域双缺失体BBDA,表现为细胞存活率下降、活性氧升高、细胞核裂解、磷脂酰丝氨酸外翻、细胞凋亡程度加剧,表明Bdflp转录因子BD2和ET结构域在盐胁迫诱导的酵母细胞凋亡中发挥重要作用。
The paper investigated the effect of a of BD2 and ET domains of Bdflp transcription factor 1 on the salt-induced apoptosis in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The results showed that the Bdflp BD2 and ET domains double deletion mutant BBDA displayed more serious salt-induced apoptosis compared with wild type strain under salt stress conditions, including more accumulation of reactive oxygen species, chromatin fragmentation and losing of plasma membrane asymmetry. The data indicated that the BD2 and ET domains of Bdflp was important for salt-induced yeast apoptosis.
