基于波导的空间功率合成技术是解决微波高频段固态大功率合成的一种有效技术。由于它具有频率高、功率大、合成效率高、可靠性高、具有适度恶化性等优点,因此成为微波高频段大功率合成系统的首选。论文介绍了基于波导的空间功率合成技术的需求,分析了基于波导的空间功率合成技术的几种方式,阐述了该技术的发展现状,并对基于波导的空间功率合成技术的发展提出了建议。
Spatial power combining based on waveguide is an effective technology of high-frequency solid-state power combining and turns out to be the best solution for its high frequency, high power, high efficiency and moderate worsening. This paper presents the requirements of the spatial combing technology, analyzes several forms, and introduces the develop- ment status as well as provides suggestions for future directions.
