钢-混凝土组合桁架外接式节点由钢腹杆和上下混凝土弦杆组成,节点板包括内置混凝土部分和外露部分。采取荷载位移曲线对是否考虑钢节点板内置部分与混凝土之间的粘结效应进行对比分析。利用弦杆近加载端荷载位移曲线对影响节点承载力的单因素进行分析。采用数理统计中的正交试验方法对影响节点承载力的因素进行多因素多水平正交分析,同时讨论因素之间的交互作用并给出最优解。在特定弦杆截面尺寸下,研究结果表明:钢节点板厚度和钢腹杆壁厚对节点的承载力影响较大,二者间存在明显的交互作用。研究成果可为以后实际工程设计以及理论研究提供帮助。
The external nodes of the steel -concrete composite truss are composed of steel webs ,concrete chords and concrete bottom chords.Gusset plates include the built-in concrete part and the exposedpart.In this paper the load-displacement curves are utilized to juxtapose and analyze the question whether to consider the bonding effect between the built-in part of the node plate and the concrete.And the load-displacement curve of the chord closed to the load side is utilized to analyze the single factor which influences the carrying capacity of the node.Meanwhile,the orthogonal test method in mathematical statistics is also used to analyze the factors that affect the carrying capacity of the node by multiple factor and level analysis,and discuss about the interactions a-mong these factors,then derive the optimal solution.The result of fixed section size describes that:the thickness of the steel gusset plates and the steel abdominal rod make great impact on the bearing capacity of the steel nod, there is an obvious interaction between them.The research result can provide help for later theoretical research and practical engineering design.
