介绍一种小波变换域自适应滤波器在传动误差测试中的信号去噪原理及应用。构建新的变步长计算公式,基于NI公司的LabVIEW软件及相关硬件构建齿轮传动误差测试系统进行实验验证,实验结果表明,小波变换域自适应滤波器滤波器在传动误差测试中能够有效的去除噪声、保留有效信息,有较高实用价值。

A kind of wavelet transform domain adaptive filter for signal denosing theory and its application in transmission error measuring are introduced,a new variable step size calculation formula is established.The gear transmission testing system is established based on the software LabVIEW of NI and related hardware,and the experiment verification is carried out.The result shows that,this filter can denoise the signal effectively and retain useful information,the practical value is high.
