对区域能源流动过程进行定量系统分析,能够科学描述一定时空范围内能源与经济社会及生态环境之间的内在联系机制,有助于提出相应的政策与技术调控对策。本研究采用国际能源统计准则修正了北京市能源平衡表,基于绘制的能流图,分析区域能源投入、能源转换、终端能源使用及输出等过程。结果表明,北京市2008年能源对外依存度高达93.87%,火力发电是能源转换的主体,火电转换效率为41.25%,仅相当于欧盟国家20世纪90年代初的平均水平。全市工业能耗依然偏高,工业能耗占全部能源终端消费比例与工业对整体经济增长的拉动极不对称。全市终端能源利用综合效率为52.60%,终端消费过程中能源损失最大的部门为交通。研究结论能够对北京市制定节能减排目标及促进区域经济发展提供科学参考依据。
The systematic and quantitative analysis of regional energy flow can be used to analyse intrinsic relations among energy, economics and environment in certain spatial and temporal scales, and to contribute to the formulation of relevant policies and regulations. Based on the international energy statistic principles, the energy balance table of Beijing in 2008 is revised to draw the Beijing energy flow diagram, which describes the process of regional energy import, export, transformation, terminal use and consumption in detail. With parallel comparison with advanced districts, the results show that the energy external dependency was up to 93.87 % in Beijing in 2008. The majority parts of energy transformation comes from the thermal power generation with the average power generation efficiency of 41.25 %, which is equivalent to the average technical level in EU coun- tries in the early 1990s. The energy consumption by the secondary industry is still the largest parts during all the energy terminal consumption that it is quite disproportional to its contribution to local economic growth. The integrated energy efficiency that derived from the end-use effective energy divided by total available energy is 52. 60%. The main energy loss is found in traffic sector. The conclusions provide clear and important reference to develop energy-saving and emission reduction targets as well as to promote sustainable regional economic development.
