Based on the survey of college graduates＇ career choice tendency and the research results of influencing factors including gen- der, personality, career interests, career ability, intelligence characteristics, it has a crucial significance to develop a set of scientific and system- atic guiding strategies. That is to encourage cooperation between university and society, expand career practice channels, increase career guid- ance efficiency; the government should make some policies to guarantee the scientific nature and high efficiency; colleges and universities should establish guidance curriculum system scientifically, and foster positive career attitude; college instructors should update career guidance con- eepts, organize career interest groups,formulate training plan in order to help students position career orientation scientifically in the process of career development.
