供应商选择问题日益成为供应链管理的重大决策问题.通过对供应商评价指标的研究,以价格、质量、交货能力、采购提前期、服务能力为评价指标,构造了多目标的供应商选择决策模型,包含实际问题中存在的部分供应商无供货能力的限制,供应链战略管理要求下的供应商数量以及供货方式的约束条件,应用蚁群算法(ACO)求解相关问题模型.为了避免蚁群算法过早收敛,对蚁群算法的信息素更新策略做出改进.以Matlab为仿真实验平台,通过实例验证算法的改进效果,得到了具有可操作性的供应商选择优化方案.
Supplier selection problem increasingly became the major decisions problem in supply chain management. In this paper, multi - objective supplier selection decision model was constructed based on the research of the supplier evaluation index that included prices, quality, delivery ability, the procurement lead time, service capacity. In parctical issue, parts of supplier without the capacity of supply included the constraint condi- tions that the number of suppliers and supply mode was under the requirements of the supply chain strategy management. Application model of ant colony algorithm was introduced to solve the related problems, in order to avoid premature convergence of ant colony algorithm, the pheromone update strategy in the ant colony algorithm was made improvements. Finally, the operable supplier selection optimization solution was obtained based on Mat- lab simulation platform. The instance also was made validation about algorithm improvement effect.
