Innovation driven strategy needs financial support from the view of innovation driven strategy connotation,and financial industry requires to coordinate implementation of innovation driven strategy; analyzed causal relationship of innovation driven strategy and financial innovation from the view of system dynamics; analyzed its＂ feasible region of synergetic development from 2D relationship of innovation output and funds size; analyzed mechanism of synergetic development from the government coordination, cross learning, information sharing, environmental guarantee. Finally some corresponding countermeasures is proposed.
