聚甲醛(POM)粗化处理后表面变脆,基体与镀层黏结强度低,很难单独用作电镀基体材料.通过在POM中加入丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)和用表面处理剂对粗化后表面进一步处理来提高基体与镀层之间的黏结强度.结果表明,加入ABS能够使粗化后的表面粗糙度进一步提高,改善表面韧性;表面处理剂处理可以进一步增加表面极性基团含量,使基体与镀层黏结强度达到实际使用要求.
Polyoxymethylene's surface would get brittle after etching treatment, the adhesion strength between the matrix and the electroplate layer was low so it was hard to be used as the plating substrate. To enhance the adhesion strength between the matrix and electroplate layer, POM was mixed with acrylonitrile- butadiene-styrene polymers (ABS), and then, a surface treatment agent was used to treat the etching surface. The results showed that the surface toughness and roughness of the etching surface was enhanced by adding ABS, and the polar groups of the surface of the ABS/POM system were increased by using the surface treatment agent, the adhesion strength between the substrate and the electroplate layer met the requirement of practical applications.
