鉴于传统建筑排水系统排水泵速率调节缓慢、节能效果差、故障处理困难等缺陷,给出了一种基于DDC的智能建筑排水系统设计方案.系统底层控制网络基于HW-BA5201DDC控制器搭建,上位管理平台基于力控ForceControl 7.0组态软件建立.由设置的高、中、低水位传感器实时监测集水坑水位变化,通过合理配置调节控制器相关参数,使得监控系统具有双泵自动切换、故障报警与处理等相关功能.设计方案对于改善智能建筑给排水系统性能,具有重要的参考意义.
In consideration of the shortcomings of the traditional building drainage system,such as slow rate adjustment,poor energy efficiency,difficulty in fault treatment etc.,a design scheme of intelligent building drainage system based on DDC is put forward.The bottom control system network is set up by using DDC HW-BA5201 controller,and the management platform on PC is built based on ForceControl 7.0configuration software.The change of sump water level is monitored real time by high,middle and low water level sensors.By means of reasonably adjusting the controller parameters,this monitoring system has the functions of double pump automatic switching,fault alarming and processing.This design scheme is quite valuable for improving the performance of the water supply and drainage system of the intelligent building.
