为了解决汛限水位动态控制域主要确定方法存在的问题,采用数学模型方法进行研究,提出考虑24h降雨预报的分级预泄法确定汛限水位动态控制域,即将有效预泄时间内的泄流量划分为不同的量级,然后基于预泄能力约束法的基本理念,确定该条件下的水库汛限水位动态控制域。该方法更紧密的结合了水库防洪调度的实践,可操作性更强。
The water elevation range is a key parameter for real-time normal elevation dynamic operation. Capacity-constraint pre-discharge method is a most important method. However, this method is difficult to be applied in real-time operation because of its constrained discharge condition. Based on 24-hour rainfall forecast results, a stepped pre-discharge method is developed in this study to determine the reservoir normal elevation dynamic control range. Comparing with capacity-constraint pre-discharge method, stepped pre-discharge method provides a different discharge in effective period. A case study is conducted at Shenwo Reservoir. The result shows this method is more reasonable and practical.
