目的探讨抗抑郁药文拉法辛缓释片对首发抑郁症患者P300 认知电位的影响.方法:共收集32 例使用抗抑郁药文拉法辛缓释片的首发抑郁症患者作为研究组,在治疗前及治疗6 周后,用24 项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-24)判定其疗效,进行事件相关电位P300测定判定其认知功能,并选30 例与研究组性别、年龄相匹配的健康人作为对照组进行对照研究.结果:治疗6 周后,首发抑郁症患者24 项汉密尔顿抑郁量表总分明显下降,与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P〈0. 05).P300 认知电位测定显示在治疗前,文拉法辛缓释片治疗组与对照组相比较P300 认知电位潜伏期延长,波幅降低,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0. 05);治疗后,文拉法辛缓释片治疗组P300 认知电位潜伏期缩短,波幅增高,与治疗前相比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0. 05).结论:抑郁症患者存在认知障碍,文拉法辛缓释片对抑郁症具有一定的疗效,且对抑郁症患者的认知障碍具有一定的改善作用.
ObjectiveTo study effects of venlafaxine extended release tablets on event-related potential P300 in first episodedepression patients. Methods:32 patients with first-episode depression were enrolled as research group and treated with venlafaxineextended release tablets. 24-item Hamilton rating scale for depression (HAMD-24) and P300 were used to evaluate the effects ofdrugs and cognitive function before and 6 weeks after the treatment. 30 healthy individuals were selected as normal control group withthe matched sex and age. Results: After 6 weeks' treatment, the scores of HAMD-24 of research group decreased significantly, andthe differences were statistically significant before and after the treatment (P〈0. 05). Before the treatment, the amplitude and the la-tency of P300 were reduced and prolonged in research group compared with those of normal control group, and the differences were sta-tistically significant (P〈0. 05). After the treatment, the amplitude and the latency of P300 increased and were reduced compared withthose before the treatment in research group, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusions: The patientswith depression have cognition deficits. Venlafaxine extended release tablets have therapeutic efficacy and can improve the cognitivefunction for the depression patients.
