在国民经济高速发展、气候变化等背景下,我国土壤环境问题日趋严峻.在总结分析我国土壤环境影响评价发展的基础上,从基础研究、评价和管理研究层面上阐述了我国土壤环境影响评价管理中存在的问题及面临的挑战,探究并提出了深化基础研究、开展土壤环境质量与评价标准修订、健全土壤环境问题防治法制、拓宽土壤环境影响评价管理领域等可行对策,为我国土壤环境影响评价管理实践提供了理论与技术支撑.
英文摘要：
The environmental problems of soil become increasingly serious in China, as its economy develops fast and the climate changes dramatically. The problems and challenges in soil EIA work are discussed from the perspectives of fundamental research, assessment and management. A series of measures have been proposed, such as strengthening fundamental research, carrying out the revision of soil EIA standards, perfecting the legal system for soil EIA, and improving the management of soil EIA, It provides technical and theoretical supports for soil EIA practices in China.
