利用专利数据对全球高速铁路技术的国家、机构、技术领域进行全面扫描,通过总体技术概况和具体技术内容的分析,掌握全球高速铁路的技术竞争态势。分析结果表明,我国在高铁技术领域内已经成为一个强有力的竞争者,但是与老牌高铁强国日本、法国和德国相比,核心专利较少,企业与研发机构虽然多,但是竞争实力不强,在技术研发热点的核心领域涉及较少。因此,对高速铁路技术的竞争态势进行分析,以期为政府制定政策、研发者确定方向、以及投资者决策提供参考。
In order to better understand the technology competition of the global high-speed railway, this paper conducts an all-round scanning of the countries, organizations and technological fields based on patent information by analyzing the general situation and specif-ics. The analysis results show that China has become a powerful competitor in high-speed railway technology;however it has less core pa-tents, many R&D institutions with weaker competitive strength, and gets involved in the core areas of R&D hotspots less compared to the established countries such as Japan, France and Germany. Therefore, this study is attempting to provide reference for government policy-making, researchers R&D direction-setting and investors decision-making, on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the technology competition of the global high-speed railway.
