尾矿库作为矿山开采过程中的重要设施,占用了大量的城镇土地资源。针对目前大多数矿山尾矿库常规闭库后所存在的安全管理隐患和废弃土地资源闲置给城市发展带来的制约,阐述了尾矿库闭库后进行工程化再利用的意义;同时以岘山尾矿库为例,重点探讨了闭库再利用工程中尾矿坝坝体稳定性和工程设计中尾矿坝坝体排渗和库区排水等关键技术方案。通过坝体稳定性分析及排水、排渗相关设计方案的比选,在满足安全性、适用性、经济性的前提下最终选定了相适应的工程技术方案。通过闭库再利用工程手段,不仅消除了停用尾矿库的安全隐患,更加盘活了尾矿库的废弃土地资源,给企业创造了新的价值,为城市的可持续发展带来了新动力。
Tailing ponds is taken as the important facilities produced by the mining activities,and a large number of urban land resources is used by them. The safe hidden troubles are existed in the tailings ponds in the most of mines after normally closing,the city development is restricted by the idle of abandoned land resources caused by the existence of tailing ponds. According to the existing problems,the reuse engineering significance of the tailing ponds after closing is analyzed. Taking the Xianshan tailing pond as the study example,stability of tailing dam in the reuse engineering of tailing pond and the key technologies schemes of the draining and seepage of tailing dam and reservoir drainage in engineering design are analyzed in detail. The final optimal engineering and technical scheme is selected under the conditions of safety,applicability and economy by conducting comparison and selection of the related design schemes of draining and seepage and the stability analysis of dam. The application of reuse engineering of the tailing ponds after closing can not only eliminate the safe hidden trouble of them,but also could make full use of the abandoned land resources,therefore,the new values is of enterprise is created,and the new sustainable development power of city is provided.
