目的:观察中药海螵蛸、骨碎补、三七、阿胶合药血清对体外培养大鼠成骨细胞增殖、分化功能的影响。方法:应用MTT法观察海螵蛸、骨碎补、三七、阿胶对体外培养成骨细胞增殖功能的影响,ELISA法观察海螵蛸、骨碎补、三七、阿胶对体外培养成骨细胞ALP含量的影响。结果:在成骨细胞的增殖方面,海螵蛸、三七含药血清对成骨细胞增殖有抑制作用,骨碎补、阿胶对成骨细胞增殖没有明显促进作用。在对成骨细胞内碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的作用方面,海螵蛸、骨碎补对体外培养大鼠成骨细胞内ALP的合成有抑制作用;三七没有明显作用;阿胶有明显的促进作用。结论:4种中药对体外培养大鼠成骨细胞增殖、分化功能的影响各不相同。海螵蛸对体外培养大鼠成骨细胞的增殖、分化功能有抑制作用;骨碎补对体外培养大鼠成骨细胞的增殖无明显作用,对其分化功能有抑制作用;三七对体外培养大鼠成骨细胞的增殖有抑制作用,对其分化功能作用不明显;阿胶对体外培养大鼠成骨细胞的增殖无促进作用,但能促进体外培养大鼠成骨细胞的分化功能。
Objective : Observe the effect of the medicine-containing blood serum of sepium, drinaria rhizome, notoginseng and e jiao on the multiplicative and differentiative function of the osteoblast of wistar rats cultured in vitro. Methods : Use the MTT method to observe the effect of the medicine-containing blood serum of sepium, drinaria rhizome, notoginseng and e jiao on the multiplicative function of the osteoblast of wistar rats cultured in vitro and use the ELISA method to observe the effect of sepium, drinaria rhizome, notoginseng and e jiao on the ALP content of the osteoblast of wistar rats cultured in vitro. Results : The medicine-containing blood serum of sepium and notoginseng have inhibitive effect on the multiplicative function of the osteoblast; drinaria rhizome and e jiao have no obvious promotive effect on the multiplicative function of the osteoblast. Sepium and drinaria rhizome have inhibitive effect on the ALP synthesis inside the osteoblast of wistar rats cultured in vitro; notoginseng has no obvious promotive effect on the ALP synthesis inside the osteoblast of wistar rats cultured in vitro and e jiao has obvious promotive effect on the ALP synthesis inside the osteoblast of wistar rats cultured in vitro. Conclusion:The effect of the four kinds of Chinese medicine on the multiplicative and differentiative function of the osteoblast of wistar rats cultured in Vitro varies from one to another. Sepium has inhibitive effect on the muhiplicative and differentiative function of the osteoblast of wistar rats cultured in vitro; Drinaria rhizome has no obvious effect on the multiplicative function of the osteoblast of wistar rats cultured in vitro, but it has inhibitive effect on the differentiative function of the osteoblast of wistar rats cultured in vitro; Notoginseng has inhibitive effect on the muhiplicative function of the osteoblast of wistar rats cultured in vitro, but it has no obvious effect on the differentiative function of the osteoblast of wistar rats cultured in Vitro; e jiao has no p
