牛樟芝(Antrodia camphorata)是中国台湾特有的一种珍稀药用真菌,具有极高的应用和商业价值,但其生长缓慢、寄主专一性强、药用成分不稳定,使得大规模开发应用牛樟芝成为难题。通过简要介绍牛樟芝的生物学特性以及传统的培养方法,重点介绍近年来各学者在牛樟芝培养方面,针对菌体生长和增加活性成分所进行的一些研究,使广大学者明确牛樟芝培养研究的现状与存在的问题,并提出在培养过程中添加诱导剂等新兴技术,为广大研究人员在快速培养具有原始生理活性、药用价值高的牛樟芝方面提供一些研究思路。
Antrodia camphorata is an edible and medicinal fungus endemic in Taiwan and has attracted much attention to its great research and commercial values. Since it grows slowly and the component is always instability, developing and applying it widely become a problem. By introducing the biological characteristics of Antrodia camphorata, the traditional training methods, and summarizing the recently developed cultivation techniques for Antrodia camphorata, identified the research status and troubles of the research of cultivation. At last, we also put forward some new ideas such as adding revulsants and emerging technologies. The purpose of this review is to provide researchers some new research ideas, to cultivate it fast with original component.
