英文摘要：

The ＂internet＋＂ environment promotes the implementation and infusion of a wide range of information technologies in library services, which has been envisioned as a key perspective of the development of libraries.Since 2016,it becomes increasingly clear that the rapid development of Virtual Reality（VR） has become one of the main public interests. Thus, this paper mainly discusses the change of library through the implementation of VR technologies. Specifically, two perspectives are discussed, namely, information resources development, and library service innovation.Moreover, the application of VR is discussed by adopting and analysing the National Library and China Academic Digital Associative Library（CADAL） as a research case study. Additionally, through three major aspects of VR, this paper analyses the present situation of VR application. Finally, this paper provides a perspective on the application of VR in library information resource development and service innovation.
