英文摘要：

Objective： To determine the effect of yinhuang microenema（YHCE） on the expression of prostaglandin E2 receptors EPI and EP4 mR- NA in the febrile rat hypothalamus. Method： 24 male Wistar rats were divided randomly into 3 groups： normal control group（ n = 8）, fever group（ n = 8）, and YHCE group（ n = 8 ）. Except the control group, all rats were injected 20% suspension of yeast hypodermically （ 10ml/ kg）. One hour later, the YHCE were administered . Then we taken out the hypothalamus tissue of the rat at 4 hours after administered and stored at - 80℃. Examined the expression of prostaglandin EP1 and EP4 receptors mRNA by the real - time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Result： Compared with fever group,the expression of prostaglandin EP1 and EP4 receptors mRNA in the YHCE group were markedly lower （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： YHCE inhibit the expression of EP1 and EP4 mRNA in febrile rats hypothalamus.
