Surda铜矿为印度铜业公司的一个地下开采矿山,建设规模为42×104t/a。为适应市场需求,矿山欲将建设规模提升至90×104t/a,而目前矿山所采用的无底柱分段崩落法采场结构参数无法满足建设规模要求,通过对现有采矿方法的采场结构参数进行优化,在充分发挥现有生产设备能力的同时,采用高分段、大间距参数布置及合理的崩矿步距,结合大断面出矿,单次崩矿量提高94%,爆破次数减少50%,提高了通风效果,降低了局扇风机能耗,矿石回收率提高9%,提高矿山经济效益1.5亿元以上。
Surda copper mine is a underground mine in production of Hindustan Copper Limited,the capacity of mine is 0.42 million t/a.In order to meet the market demand,Surda mine will expand the capacity from 0.42 million t/a to 0.9million t/a.The current structural parameters can't meet the capacity of 0.9 million t/a,by optimizing structural parameters according with production capacity of current equipment,i.e.using high sublevel,large interval,sound caving step,and large cross section,blasting ore bulk will be enhanced by 94%,blasting times will be reduced by 50%,ventilation effect will be enhanced,local fan energy consumption will be reduced,ore recovery will be enhanced by 9%,economic performance will be enhanced by 150 millions.
