采用SEM、FT-IR等方法对添加柠檬酸钠后半水硫酸钙晶须的形貌、表面基团等进行了表征,在此基础上对柠檬酸钠的作用机理进行了研究。结果表明:柠檬酸钠在半水硫酸钙晶须表面的吸附状态随用量不同而不同,晶须的形貌也随之改变,原因在于柠檬酸钠对半水硫酸钙晶须表面钙离子的阻溶作用、降低晶须的表面能以及对晶须不同晶面的生长速率的影响。
The crystal shape and the surface group of hemihydrate calcium sulfate whiskers with sodium citrate were characterized by SEM and FTIR,and then the reaction mechanism was discussed.It is showed that the adsorption state of sodium citrate would be different with respectively additive amount and that the change of the crystal shape for hemihydrate calcium sulfate whiskers because of the inhibiting Ca2+ of CaSO4 ·0.5H2O surface from dissolving,and the decreasing hemihydrate calcium sulfate whiskers' surface energies,and the influence on growth ration of whiskers'different faces by sodium citrate.
