利用完全液相法,以溶胶凝胶法、共沉淀沉积法、凝胶网格法以及凝胶网格与共沉淀沉积法相结合的前驱体制备方法制备了CuZnAl浆状催化剂,采用XRD,H2-TPR以及BET对其进行表征,考察了CuZnAl浆状催化剂在催化合成二甲醚反应中的反应性能。结果表明:不同的前驱体制备方法对催化剂的性能有显著影响,采用共沉淀沉积法制备催化剂前驱体时,所得催化剂中Cu的平均晶粒小、比表面积较大、催化剂中Cu与Zn的相互作用强且可还原铜物种较多,活性评价发现其催化剂活性最高,稳定性好。
The CuZnAl catalysts were prepared by a complete liquid-phase technology and the precursor of the CuZnAl catalysts was prepared by sol-gel method,coprecipitation sedimentation method,gel-network controlled method or gel-network-coprecipitation method.All the catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction,H2 temperature-programmed reduction and N2 adsorption(BET).The performance of the catalysts for the direct synthesis of dimethyl ether from syngas was evaluated in a slurry reactor.The results indicate that different catalyst precursor preparation obviously influenced catalytic performance.When the precursor was prepared by coprecipitation sedimentation method,the catalysts had good Cu dispersion,strong interaction between Cu and Zn,and high specific surface area,meanwhile,during the reaction,it showed higher CO conversion and no significant deactivation.
