Wang Jian was born in 1980. He received his B. S. in 2002 and M. S. in electronic engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2004. Now he is a Ph. D. candidate of Research Institute of Electronic Engineering in Harbin Institute of Technology. His present research interests include signal processing, target tracking. His research interests include communication networks, signal processing and anti-jamming. Dai Dingzhang is a master student of Research Institute of Electronic Engineering in Harbin Institute of Technology. Dong Huachun is an associate professor and a Ph. D. He has been working on radar signal processing, target tracking, chaotic signal processing. Quan Taifan is a professor and doctor supervisor in Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Harbin Institute of Technology. He has authored over one hundred papers and one book. He received the first award of in Astronautics Ministration Science and Technology Progress in 1987 and the first award of National Science and Technology Progress in 1991. He has been working on radar system, mod- ern signal processing, target tracking, data fusion and neural networks-fuzzy reasoning fusion system.
