The paper applys the soft set theory to BCI-commutative ideals. We give the notion of soft commutative ideals of BCI-algebras and investigate their properties. The relation between the soft ideals and the soft commutative ideals is discussed. Furthermore, the extended intersection operation, the restricted intersection operation, the restricted union operation and the restricted difference operation of two soft commutative ideals are studied. The algebraic properties of the soft set theory are enriched.
