以壳聚糖接枝β-环糊精(CS-β-CD)为主体分子,二茂铁(FcH)改性的聚环氧乙烷-聚环氧丙烷-聚环氧乙烷(F127-Fc)为客体分子,2%乙酸为溶剂,制备了F127-Fc/CS-β-CD水凝胶,其结构经1H NMR表征.研究了F127-Fc/CS-β-CD对温度和pH的双重响应性能.结果表明,β-CD-Fc包合物的存在为体系里构建了一种新的交联点,凝胶有氧化剂响应性,同时凝胶区域变宽.
A multi-responsive hydrogel(F127-Fc/CS-β-CD) was constructed via host-guest interaction using chitosan graftedβ-cyclodextrins (CS-β-CD) as the host molecule and poly(ethylene oxide) poly (propylene oxide) poly(ethylene oxide) modified with ferrocene as the guest molecule in 2% acetic acid.The structures were characterizd by 1H NMR.Response performance of F127-Fc/CS-β-CD were investigated.The results showed that F127-Fc/CS-β-CD system shows gel-sol phase transition in response to temperature and pH double-responsive.Furthermore,the Fc-β-CD inclusions act as new cross-linking,leading to the redox-sensitive property and broadening of gelation range.
