The demand and supply of commercial housing in Guangzhou has dual characteristics. The new house with the left-up supply and demand trend line is investment in a more nature of virtual assets, or even speculative in nature; and second-hand housing with the right-up trend line is more the nature of use value of consumer goods. The reasons of the dual characteristics are the monopoly of the supply of new house, as well as competition in the supply of second-hand housing.
