鉴于组织的行为反映了其深层结构的特性以及组织能力的状况,从组织的深层结构、颠覆性创新和维持性创新能力的内在冲突以及组织智力的路径依赖性3个方面分析颠覆性创新困境的成因,并提出通过构建双能型组织结构和双能型组织情境从根本上解决颠覆性创新困境,实现企业由维持性创新和颠覆性创新之间的平稳、连续地过渡。
Owing to organization behavior reflecting characteristics of deep structure and its capabilities, this article analyzes causes of disruptive innovation dilemma from three aspects, such as deep structure of organization, inner contradiction be- tween disruptive innovation capability and sustaining innovation capability, and the path dependency of organization intelli- gence. Then ambidextrous structure and context of organization are discussed to solve the dilemma of disruptive innovation so that business can transform from sustaining innovation to disruptive innovation smoothly and continuously.
