As an important part of modern service industry,developing the rural service industry was an effective way to accelerate to promote rural labor employment and improve the level of rural labor force. On the base of analysis of the present situation of rural service industry development and the rural labor force employment,the mechanism of the rural service industry was studied to absorb employment and verify the rural service industry of the rural labor force employment ability,so as to give policy suggestions to promote the rural service industry development impetus employment growth.
