From the perspective of dividend form, the Shapley value of transferable utility cooperative games with a level structure is introduced. Thus, the quotient game property of the value becomes a natural corollary. For convenience of computation, the coalitional form and simple coalitional form of the value are also introduced. Finally, the specific calculating procedure of the value via simple coalitional form is given.
