通过对2003—2009年我国自然科学基金评审专家的来源组成与年龄分析,我们可以看到,由于我国对科学人才培养的逐年重视,年轻一代专家逐步在科研领域崭露头角,国家自然科学基金评审专家的来源与年龄分布也有一定的演变。整个专家队伍来源于高等院校、科研机构和其他机构的专家各年比例保持相对稳定,但是,每年都有大批新机构为评审专家队伍输送人才。从新增机构的组成来看,来自于高等院校评审专家的比重有逐年下降的趋势,其余两来源的专家比例呈逐年增长趋势。从年龄上来看,近年来越来越多的年轻学者担任国家自然科学基金项目的评审专家,来自新机构评审专家的平均年龄年轻化趋势显著。

Through the analysis of the sources and age of peer reviewer for natural science funds based on the data in year 2003-2009,we can conclude that the younger scientific talents play a more and more important role in China due to the government＇s emphasis on cultivating scientific talents.There are notable changes in the sources and age structure of peer reviewers of NSFC in recent years.Many new institutions cultivate new peer reviewers for NSFC every year,which causes the change of the sources of new peer reviewers.As for the new institutions＇ source,the proportion of academies is going down and that of research institution and others tends to increase.From the analysis of the peer reviewers＇ age,we can see that the average age of the peer reviewers who is from new institution is going young notably from 2003 to 2009.
