采用ABAQUS6.10有限元软件建立薄型沥青混凝土路面的结构模型,计算分析了结构层参数的变化力学响应.结果表明,路表最大弯沉值、底层最大拉应力与面层厚度成反比例关系;基层模量变化对道路结构不同位置处的最大剪应力峰值的影响显著;面层参数(模量、厚度)变化对道路结构底层最大拉应力影响显著.路用性能试验结果表明,辉绿岩、SBS沥青、水泥填料为亚热带季风气候地区最佳薄层沥青混凝土面层的组合方式,该超薄沥青混合料的车辙动稳定度达3987次/mm,冻融劈裂试验残留强度比为78.97%,超过规范对改性沥青SMA混合料的要求,这为薄层沥青混合料的推广提供了有力参考.
The object of this study is to calculate structure layer parameters, the structural model and analyze changes in the mechanical response of the of thin asphalt concrete pavement is established using ABAQUS 6.10 finite element software. The result shows that the maximum deflection value and the maximum tensile stress is inversely proportional to the underlying surface layer thickness; the influence for base modulus of bottom layer tensile stress is more obvious to the extents of above changes for the index of pavement;What's more,the influence of surface layer parameters (modulus and thickness) on the structure of the underlying road maximum tensile stress is very significant road performance test results show that diabase.SBS asphalt and cement filler are the best combination of thin asphalt concrete surface layer in the subtropical monsoon region.The ultra-thin asphalt mixture rutting dynamic stability is up to 3 987 times/mmand freeze-thaw splitting test residual strength ratio is 78.97%,which exceed the standard of modified asphalt SMA mixture and provide a strong reference for the thin layer of asphalt mixture promotion.
