In the estimation of fast neutron background in electron antineutrino candidates in Daya Bay Reactor Neutrino Experiment, the signal to noise ratio of all kinds of backgrounds and the energy distribution of the prompt signal of fast neutrons can be obtained from the analysis of fast neutrons generated by muon induced spallation that occurs in the inner water pool detector system. It is shown that a linear extrapolation method can be chosen to estimate the number of fast neutron signals in final electron antineutrino signals.
