采用硫酸和盐酸的混合酸浸处理热活化的煤矸石制备介孔材料。研究了酸浸处理温度、酸浸时间和混酸用量等参数对孔特性的影响。结果表明,提高酸浸温度、延长酸浸时间和增加液固比均会提高样品的比表面积。但当酸浸处理温度超过80℃时,由于酸的挥发反而会降低比表面积;酸浸时间和酸用量分别超过4h和16mL以后,对增加样品比表面积无明显效果,反而使得比表面积降低。将850℃热活化的煤矸石在80℃酸浸4h,当酸用量为16mL时,所得样品的比表面积达到207.57cm2·g-1,孔的总体积为0.33cm3·g-1,平均孔径为6.34nm。
The mesoporous material has been prepared by etching thermal activated coal gangue with sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid. The influence of processing parameters including temperature, etching duration and volume of acid has been investigated. The results indicated that the specific surface area of the sample enhances with raising etching temperature, prolonging etching time as well as increasing dosage of acid. However, the specific surface area decreases when the etching temperature is over 80 ℃. The specific surface area no longer increases substantially as the etching time is over 4 h and volume of acid is more than 16 mL. After thermal activated at 850 ℃, the coal gangue was etched in acid with 16 ml at 80 ℃ for 4 h, the prepared sample shows specific surface area of 207.57 cm2· g-1, total pore volume of 0.33 cm3 · g-1 and average pore width of 6.34 nm.
